Welcome to AdsG.in (referred to as we, us, our, or the Platform). These Terms of Service govern your use of our classifieds platform, services, products, features and tools available across India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

1. About the Platform

AdsG.in is an online classifieds listing service operated by Kareti Rama Krishna, located at Kareti Vari Street, Singarayakonda, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, India, 523101, Andhra Pradesh, India. We provide a platform that allows users to post, browse and interact with classified advertisements across multiple categories. We are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To post ads or use specific features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to provide correct and complete information and keep it updated.

• Mobile number verification is required using OTP.
• You may log in using email, password or supported social logins (Google or Facebook).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post or upload on AdsG.in, including text, descriptions, pricing and images.

By posting content, you agree that:

• You own or have rights to publicly display the content.
• The information provided in the advertisement is accurate and not misleading.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute your content for service operation.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful or misleading activities. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal goods or services prohibited under Indian law
• Drugs, weapons, explosives, harmful chemicals
• Stolen goods or pirated products
• Adult content, obscene, sexual or pornographic material
• Hate speech, religious abuse, harassment or defamation
• Fake profiles, impersonation, phishing or fraud schemes
• Illegal personal data trade or identity documents
• Threats, abuse, violence or safety risks
• Any other illegal, unethical or fraudulent activities.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account, removal of listings, and possible reporting to law enforcement under the Indian Penal Code, IT Act 2000, and any related laws.

6. Price and Transaction Responsibility

AdsG.in is only a platform for classified listings. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy, legitimacy or condition of posted products.
• Guarantee the behavior, identity or reliability of users.
• Involve in payments or delivery arrangements between users.

You agree to complete due diligence before any transaction. All transactions are at your own risk.

7. Communication Between Users

Users may contact each other through in-platform messaging or directly using contact details they choose to share. You agree not to misuse contact information for spam, harassment or unwanted marketing.

8. Advertisement and Monetization

AdsG.in may display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These third parties may use cookies or tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law
• You post prohibited, harmful or illegal content
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

We may preserve information to comply with Indian law enforcement requests.

11. Liability Disclaimer

AdsG.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not responsible for:

• Losses, damages or disputes between buyers and sellers
• Accuracy or reliability of any advertisement or user-posted information
• Damage to devices, data loss, or unauthorized access to accounts

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsG.in, Kareti Rama Krishna and its operators, employees and partners from any claims or damages arising from your actions or violation of these Terms.

13. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in India, including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Indian Penal Code and other relevant laws

14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
